I just updated to the AMD driver to it's absolute latest: Attachment 114526

In hopes it'll resolve the problem.

Updating the graphics driver seems to be a good idea as the dumpfiles blames your AMD card drivers.

But as i adviced in a earlier post update your drivers from the supportpage of your mobo.
Install all the windows 10 drivers from the supportpage of your mobo ASRock > Z68 Extreme3 Gen3
Update the intel smart connect, your driver is from 2012, look under utilities

Based on your previous post I have installed everything from that link you provided me.

Do my system specs tell you otherwise?

Okay so I haven't seemed to have any issues with the graphics card driver causing BSOD since fully updating Window, updating the drivers and installing the MB software you suggested. Woo! We've gotten rid of most of them

Unfortunately, I just had another crash today due to memory I believe (see attachment). It never ends! Please take a look at the latest crash log and see what you think.

    Thanks.
