    BSOD System_Service_Exception win32kbase.sys

    Hello,

I've bought my little brother a Lenovo H50-55 Desktop from Best Buy for about 2 months now. Ever since I bought it,he has been complaining about random shutting down/restarting. I thought its never a big deal if it does it once in a while but its been constant. He complains that every time he uses it, it restarts down randomly without warning or a blue screen. Out of 50 random shutdowns, it only gave a blue screen once about a stop code. I'm not sure if he visited random websites with viruses or something. I've also uploaded the zip file that was required in the directions thread.

    System specs:

Processor: AMD FX-870K Quad Core Processor
    3.60 GHz
    Memory: 16 GB
    Operating System: Windows 10 Home
Graphics: AMD Radeon R9 360 graphics

Any solutions? If not then I might have to return it. Can't deal with this anymore. Thanks

The dumpfiles do not point to something specific.

But the system has a few outdated drivers .
Start with updating these drivers from your supportpage http://support.lenovo.com/nl/en/prod...s and Software

Your logitech webcamera drivers are from 2012, update to the latest version.

Update your Realtek ethernet Lan, Bluetooth and high definition audio these drivers are from 2015

Update your AMD chipset driver(usbfilter.sys is from 2015)

The genesys cardreader driver are from 2015.

Advice: check for all your drivers if you have the latest driver version, if neceassary upgrade them.

I would return it and get them to replace or fix it. A new computr shouldn't have problems like this.
