    Constant BSOD: IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL


    I've been getting BSOD'ed the last few days and it seems to be increasinly worse. At first I thought it might have been my overclocking, so I defualted my settings in BIOS, but that did not help at all. I have no idea what is causing it.

    Edit: So after trying a few things out. I tried the clean boot and troubleshooted through the stuff and the offender here seems to be my antivirus. I would often notice my antivirus eating 30% ram so it might be a problem with my memory also. The antivirus in question here is Bitdefender 2017. (I'm not 100% sure about this, it might be a coincidence.)

    Start with testing your memory.
    Memory Test.
    Please start with diagnosing the system RAM first. You can use the free tool "Memtest86+" to stress test the RAM.

    Make sure you are using the latest version 5.01 - Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

    You can stop the test even if a single error is found during the test. Otherwise continue the test for 8-10 passes and post a screenshot with next reply. 8 passes is the recommended bare minimum but more passes will give better result.

    Also in some stacktext there are mentioning of NFTS
    Update these drivers:
    iaStorA Wed Jun 03 11:38:57 2015 = intel storage driver - supportpage mobo
    TeeDriverW8x64 Mon Jun 29 19:22:00 2015 = Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) driver- supportpage mobo
    Check also: if there are updates for all the other drivers from your supportpage of your mobo.

    In one of the dumpfile the procesname was vsserv.exe this is a proces of Bitdefender.
    As you suspected there might a problem with your Bitdefender install.

    So I did the memtest and I fairly quickly found out that one of my RAM sticks were dead. So I replaced both rams with some old ones I had laying around, and I tried to update those drivers even though they were fully updated. I also reinstalled my anti-virus, just in case.

    So I'll be waiting around a few days and if I dont BSOD, I'll mark it as solved. Thanks for the help so far.
