    BSOD and crashes. Errors 0x7E, 0x12B, 0x3B.

    Hey all,

I built this computer about 2 years ago, it had a problem a year ago where the motherboard failed on me so I replaced it. Now I think I have another hardware problem. I've reinstalled Windows 3 times now this past month, still constantly getting blue screens/restarts/screen freezes on me. I've ran the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool, which told me hardware problems were detected. This leads me to believe it is the RAM. I've tested both sticks by taking one out and letting the other run, didn't notice anything out of the ordinary.

Not sure what to do from here, I have a general understanding of putting computers together but I've never been able to single out hardware problems. If anyone has any spare time to take a look at this for me, thanks!

    Memory Test.
Please start with diagnosing the system RAM first. You can use the free tool "Memtest86+" to stress test the RAM.

    MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums
Make sure you are using the latest version 5.01 - Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

You can stop the test even if a single error is found during the test. Otherwise continue the test for 8-10 passes and post a screenshot with next reply. 8 passes is the recommended bare minimum but more passes will give better result.

So I was able to update my bios today and all those drivers, I just had another bsod with error code 0x3B. Like you said in usual causes, could this possibly be my grahpics that is throwing up all these errors? I'm starting to think I should just use my on board graphics and go from there.

The last dumpfile is another one as the one that pointed to dxgmmm2.sys
So i would wait with onboard graphic.

    Code:
      bugCheck 3B, {c0000005, fffff8018f0ec948, ffff9d813eb6edd0, 0}

First update this driver rt640x64 Tue May 05 18:21:03 2015 Realtek lan driver from your supportpage.
iI this not stop the bsod.

    Then
    SFC
Use SFC to check and repair windows systemfiles.

See this tutorial SFC /SCANNOW Command - Run in Windows 8
SFC Command - Run in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Tutorials
    Note
If SFC could not fix something, then run the command again to see if it may be able to the next time. Sometimes it may take running the sfc /scannow command 3 times restarting the PC after each time to completely fix everything that it's able to.

If not, then run the Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth command to repair any component store corruption, restart the PC afterwards, and try the sfc /scannow command again.
