You still have some real old drivers:

    2011/07/12 22:00:01 \??\C:\Program Files\SUPERAntiSpyware\SASKUTIL64
    2011/07/22 00:03:00 \??\C:\Program Files\SUPERAntiSpyware\SASDIFSV64

I suggest uninstalling SAS for now,

    2011/11/25 05:25:50 C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\pneteth.sys
Driver Description: PdaNet USB wireless tether
Driver Update Site: June Fabrics PDA Technology Group
    Update driver or remove it.

    2013/01/15 06:25:51 \??\C:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64\Drivers\AsrDrv101.sys
    Driver Description: AsRock I/O Driver
Driver Update Site: Download - Download Files form ASRock Inc.
    Support - ASRock > Support

Thanks for pointing these out, I've since uninstalled SAS, I had already uninstalled PdaNet a while back but I've manually deleted the driver.

I'm struggling to find the update driver for AsrDrv101.sys or the AsRock I/O driver. There doesn't seem to be a relevant driver from the list they provide (may be under another one of these drivers listed?), and the integrated APP Shop doesn't seem to pick it up.

    Cheers
