    BSOD Semi-Frequently ntoskrnl.exe+14a510

    Hi Guys,

    Came across this site when attempting to troubleshoot this device. It was having this issue more often roughly 1.5 months ago but we found out that the speaker drivers that were being installed automatically were to blame. Upon unplugging the speakers and uninstalling the drivers we thought it had stopped but its back at it again.

    Using bluescreenview, I've found that the last 4/5 times it has happened was due to ntoskrnl.exe+14a510. I've run the driver verifier which did crash out the system very quickly but I cant put my finger on exactly which driver is causing the issue.

    I have attached the log files generated from the log collector.

    Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance

    The driver verifier dumpfile blames:
    Code:
     BugCheck C4, {2000, fffff803a70a1203, 0, 57464442}

    *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for bdfwfpf.sys
    *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for bdfwfpf.sys
    Probably caused by : bdfwfpf.sys ( bdfwfpf+1203 )
    This is a driver from Bitdefender.

    Also the dumpfile from 21 november with
    Code:
      BugCheck FC, {fffff8028d5a3289, 8000000247a2d121, ffffc200d76834c0, 0}

    *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for avc3.sys
    *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for avc3.sys
    *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for win32k.sys
    *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for win32k.sys
    Probably caused by : memory_corruption
    also is a driver from Bitdefender.

    So the the last problem seems to be Bitdefender.

    As soon as we uninstalled BitDefender it actually started happening more frequently. That being said none of them are the same error but never the less its still happening.

    Start with looking for newer driver for your GPU Intel and AMD both are from 2015, found a reference to IntcDAud.sys Driver Description: Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD Driver
    And one mentioned usbport.sys., could related to device to usb.

    Sorry, have to look after my grandchild to day. Will dive in later to night.

    No luck unfortunately. Used both vendors "Automatic driver detection software" and neither found any updates for the drivers. Also attempted to manually update them but was given errors about having no valid hardware to update. I have re-installed the current drivers and have the user keeping an eye on it today.
    Will keep you posted

    EDIT - Spoke a little too soon. Intel's auto updater is garbage and doesn't pick up actual drivers. Turns out (Due to the type of processor) i needed to install the Beta drivers. Still unsure if its 100% fixed the issue but I'll keep the post updated.

    I ran into the same problem in my dump files. Been looking for a solution for the past 2 weeks.
