I assume your new mobo is now Gigabyte B85M-D3H-A.
First update your BIOS to the latest version F3a Fix memory compatibility.

hmm, thought i had, might that be the reason for the power down blue screens? think i know why i didn't do the BIOS upgrade, was listed as BETA and didn't think it wise to do it, but i will now and hope that might fix things, will see how it goes and report back.
nope, just did it again, system blue screened, then before it could even make a crash dump it powered off, really starting to stress out over this... wish i could figure out what in the world is wrong... removed a stick of ram, cause that was the suspected problem before, will see how it goes, hopefully it's something simple, course it also means i blew 130 on a motherboard for no reason...

about a year old, can play fine no problem, and nope, don't have a spare either, or one i could borrow, it was fairly costly, 750 to 800w psu as far as i remember, system can stay idle no problems, gaming is not a problem, system didn't actually start blue screening till i installed Razor synapes and the drivers for my Razor headset, that was when the first blue screen happened, i've since removed synapse and the Chroma drivers, but doesn't appear to have fixed anything...
yep did that, i went away for a week, and before i did i pulled a stick of ram, and didn't have a single problem while i was using my PC with only 1 stick of ram running, but i'll keep an eye on things for a while longer and see how things go.
so had it blue screen for the first time since pulling ram, wasn't doing anything special, just looking at a web page, will upload as required, still only running 1 stick, could it be complete faulty ram? or something completely random, no problems in the blue screen and complete shut down department, even with this recent blue screen, managed to make a crash dump fine, but i have no clues to the problem, hopefully you guys can, i will swap to the other stick, see how things play out..
Sure looks like memory problems still:
