The 11/13 4:123 dump indicates a problem with your Nvidia driver or card:
    Code:
ffffa001`ed42f338 fffff80d`89778e01*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys
     nvlddmkm+0x8c8e01
There is a 375.95 version available from the Nvidia web site. Ple3ase follow these directions and give it a try, see if that helps:

Remove and install latest Nvidia drivers:

I suggest completely uninstalling the Nvidia display drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) from WagnardMobile (near bottom of page) then get the latest driver for you Nvidia card here: NVIDIA Driver Downloads

Then do a custom install of only the NVidia graphics driver and the PhysX driver.

See if that gets rid of the problem.

I had already downloaded 375.70 the other day (using DDU) but i will update now, one of the blizzard reps thought the GTX 970 may have had a memory issue and causing my ingame crashes but i tried my sons AMD card and was still getting them so we ruled that out

    crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\112016-3640-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x14A510)

Bug check description: This indicates that an exception happened while executing a routine that transitions from non-privileged code to privileged code.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

    I see a couple problems:
    Code:
ffff9681`7075a3b8 fffff805`c338444a*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for e1d65x64.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for e1d65x64.sys
     e1d65x64+0x1444a
This is for your Intel Gigabit adapter/driver, dated 25/11/2015. There is a 6/23/2016 version on the web site: GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 1151 - GA-B150M-D3H (rev. 1.0)
    , try it.

    Code:
ffff9681`7075aaa8 fffff805`c6ae8581*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys
     nvlddmkm+0x108581
This is for your NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 card/driver. You have version 375.95 which is the latest available so no suggestions for this.

You could try some of the older drivers: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx?lang=en-us

Maybe some of the 368 or 365 vrsions.

If you do, use DDU and then do a custom install of only the NVidia graphics driver and the PhysX driver.
