I get random BSOD and computer restarts, Event ID 441 error

My computer randomly has sound issues and computer generally and randomly crashes with BSOD and restarts. I have been looking into the sound issue for some time now and everything points to updating drivers which I have done and still have the issue.

As for the BSOD issue that just started a few weeks ago. I don't know if it is related to the sound issue or not. I have noticed that I have a Event ID 441 Kernal error. Whatever that may mean. I have ran the BSOD program as requested and attached the zip file that was created from it. I hope it has everything you are looking for. If not just ask and I will do my best to get you the info you require.

    Thanks

The first thing I see is your BIOS is very old, version 0402 dated 10/27/2010. The ASUS P8P67 web site has newer ones, the latest is version 3801 dated 2014/05/22.

Update your BIOS and see if that fixes the problem.

Your audio is a onboard Realtek ALC892 chip. You could try adding a PCI sound card and disabling the on-board Realtek. Maybe you can borrow one to try?

I also suggest you uninstall AVG anad run with the built-in Windows Defender and Firewall for awhile, see if that helps.
