BSOD every time I try to shut down computer - Driver Issues?

    Hey,

My computer is having so many issues and I can't figure out how to fix it. It has been going on for more than a month, and the issues have been random so I can never understand how to fix it.

I've talked to Microsoft help center multiple times and they try to fix 1 problem and another shows up and it never really gets resolved.

The issues that I been having so far

    1) Speakers from the monitor is not working. It is attached via HDMI. It works when I first start up my computer, but then it stops working (driver disappears). I do not see the driver anymore in driver manager.
    2) My keyboard randomly works with windows app. It works fine normally, but when I try to type in any app or in edge it doesn't work. This happens very randomly. It works when I first start up the computer, but then stops and then will start working again.
    3) This has only happened once, but my HDD was not recognized. I have an SSD where the OS is installed and a HDD for files. It stopped working one day when I resumed from standby. I couldn't locate the drive anymore. But when I restarted the computer, it worked again
    4) Computer sometimes does not shut off. The monitor goes off, but I hear the computer still running, so I have to force shut it by holding down the power button.
    5) Rarely (happened once) the computer won't stay off. I would shut down and it would turn right back on again. I eventually force shut it down by holding down power button and it remained off.

I updated all my drivers and there are still issues.
I updated the graphic drivers many times, changing it from different versions, but there are still issues

I don't know if it is a component issue. I built my computer in May and it was working perfectly until September. I think it might have been the new windows 10 update, but I am not entirely sure. I don't think the issues appear right when I updated, maybe a few days or a week later.

I am not sure what tests to run either to troubleshoot or debug this issue.

The only error I get is the BSOD when I try to shut down/restart my computer. The error message I get is "Driver Power State Failure". This happens when the driver for the sound for my monitor goes missing. It never loads when I standby my computer. When I turn on my computer from shutdown, the sound will work fine, but then when I standby and turn on again, sound stops working. When this happens, and I turn off my computer, it will try to shutdown and take around 10 minutes before getting the BSOD.

Please remove / disable items from the startup in taskmanager
These programs could interfere with the boot process giving you trouble and increase the boot time.

There appear to be a lot of error reports from IRST, please try the following in the quote below (I'm aware you may be using ASMedia, but the reports are recent)
Remove Intel Rapid Storage Technology applications.

    1. Uninstall it from Control Panel > Programs and Features.
    2. Uninstall the driver from device manager:
    - Right click on "my computer" icon and click "manage" on the context menu.
    - In the "Computer Management" window that opens:
    - Select "Device Manager" in the left pane, It will list all the existing devices.
    - Expand "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers" by clicking on the triangle in front of it.
    - Select one Intel device item under it, right click, then uninstall.
    - Repeat the process for all Intel items under "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers"
    3. Now restart the computer.
    4. Once booted, Windows will auto configure the appropriate native system driver.

    Diagnostic Test

     DRIVER VERIFIER

    warning   Warning
Please make a backup of your important files and get your rescue media or create one.
    Please create a restore point.

Please follow this tutorial to run driver verifier.

Driver verifier stresses your drivers and will crash your pc if any driver fails due to a violation.

Driver verifier should be performed for a max of 48 hours, or when you have a bluescreen, whatever comes first.

If driver verifier has found a violation and you can't get back into windows normally, try to boot into safe mode and reset in safe mode driver verifier, or in the troubleshooting options open command prompt and type verifier /reset.

    Note   Note
Your system will act very sluggishly while driver verifier is enabled, this is normal as your drivers will be being subjected to heavy testing in order to make them crash.

    Hi

Thanks for your help. I have uninstalled the IRST and updated my graphics driver. It seems to work. Now when I standby and turn it back on, my speaker on my monitor works now and the driver doesn't go missing anymore. However, I am still getting the BSOD, except at different times. Before, I normally get it when I try to shut down my computer. Now it is happening randomly. Most often when I try to resume from standby. The error this time is "Kernel Security Check Failure" instead of Driver Power State Failure.

I tried to run the driver verifier, but it doesn't work. When I try to run it, it would not start up my computer, I had to go to windows repair and rollback to a system restore point.

Another BSOD happened when I resumed from standby. It was "DPC Watchdog violation".

I think it might have to do with the graphic driver? Everytime I change the driver version, different problems arises.

Please uninstall Kaspersky and use Windows Defender as alternative while troubleshooting.
