    7. If You Have Already Started a Thread in "BSOD Help and Support"

    A) Go back to your original thread that you created for your BSOD issue, edit your existing post or reply with a new post, and go to step 9 below.
    8. If You Have Not Already Started a Thread in "BSOD Help and Support"

    NOTE: Please do not create duplicate threads and posts on the same issue. Doing so will only waste your time and the time of other members trying to help.
    A) Start a new thread in the BSOD Help and Support forum area, post all details about your BSOD issue, then go to step 9 below.
    9. In your BSOD post, upload the YourComputerName-xxxx.zip file into your post.

    That's what I needed, thanks.

    All the later dumps, 10/1 through 10/13 have
    Code:
    BugCheck 3B, {c0000005, fffff80f7386f52a, ffff850057185910, 0}

    *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for rdbss.sys
    *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for rdbss.sys
    Probably caused by : rdbss.sys ( rdbss+4f52a )
    rdbss.sys is a Windows module so unlikely to be the cause of the problem, but ...

    In all of them, PROCESS_NAME: PCPitstopRTSer is listed. Do you have anything from PCPitstop installed? If yes, uninstall it and see how things are.

    I took your advice and uninstalled 4 PCPitstop downloads and haven't had the problem occur since fingers crossed but I had purchased the PCMatic anti virus program and the install comes from PCPitstop. I e-mailed them and they sent me a link to re install the anti virus program. I went ahead and re installed and will monitor. Thank you for your help.

    Curious why you chose AV from PCPitStop. Win 10 comes with it's own very good Windows Defender and there are many others.
    This is the first time I've ever heard of it.
