System randomly restarts while PC being used
The error messages shown in the system event viewer is as follows:
1) The process C:\Windows\System32\RuntimeBroker.exe (PC-DESK) has initiated the restart of computer PC-DESK on behalf of user PC-DESK\PC Desk for the following reason: Other (Unplanned)
Reason Code: 0x0
Shutdown Type: restart
Comment:
2) Process C:\Windows\System32\atieclxx.exe (process ID:1724) reset policy scheme from {8c5e7fda-e8bf-4a96-9a85-a6e23a8c635c} to {8c5e7fda-e8bf-4a96-9a85-a6e23a8c635c}
The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{8D8F4F83-3594-4F07-8369-FC3C3CAE4919}
and APPID
{F72671A9-012C-4725-9D2F-2A4D32D65169}
to the user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM SID (S-1-5-18) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.
3) The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) did not load:
