Added recent log collector output. I think it may be possible that it's just a fluke as nothing seems to have resulted of the crash as everything uninstalled and reinstalled correctly in the end without it happening again. Maybe just a problem with trying to install the realtek drivers on safemode or trying to DDU uninstall/reinstall the nvidia drivers while simultaneously trying to reinstall the realtek drivers.

Please check in C:\Windows\Minidump for the most recent file.
If there is a file present, open an admin command prompt and enter the following command
    Code:
    copy C:\Windows\Minidump\{filename}.dmp "%userprofile%\Desktop"
Then zip the copied minidump and upload the zip.

I may have lost that recent minidump courtesy of ccCleaner but i just experienced the same odd latency spike and sound distortion/fps drop while actually not running any game at all, with just twitch on streaming a video. This was half a minute or so after waking from hibernate.

While this happened Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered two times in two seconds.

Also a random event log item i noticed Fault bucket LKD_0x141_Tdr:6_IMAGE_nvlddmkm.sys_Pascal_3D, type 0

Due to it being stuck on the desktop there was nothing i could "alt-tab to and fix" but it resolved itself over 5-10s or so after a few instances of the screen turning black/blue due to nvidia drivers restarting.

A TDR causing high latency, not uncommon.

What you may want to do is switch the GPU from slot and reinstall the drivers of the GPU.

I have already been DDU installing all the new nvidia drivers. Unfortunately i cannot change GPU slots. This is my motherboard Z170I GAMING PRO AC | MSI USA | Motherboard - The world leader in motherboard design and there is only one slot.

Something peculiar going on with this computer and realtek HD audio drivers. In the process of uninstalling and reinstalling the realtek drivers through device management i encountered a few of the same BSOD upon restarting the computer at the login menu. After the 2nd? or 3rd BSOD on the restart i made it back to the desktop with what seems to be everything back in working order.

If you are using a program like Ccleaner please stop using it while troubleshooting.
This because programs like Ccleaner remove dump files that are needed to troubleshoot.
Or configure Ccleaner to not remove dump files:

    Please uninstall MSI software

I think the last group of files was run without CC cleaner so the dump files are still there.

Only the last dumps were present.
