PC shut down when watching video or playing Football Manager

Ok, i'm not that bad in PC world so i allredy checked some usual causes of this error.

Checked all temperatures, they are fine, nothing is overheating. (Speed Fun)

    Here are my PC spec:

    Processor: Intel i5 - 3470 @ 3.20GHZ
    GPU: AMD 7850 1GB
    Ram: 8GB DDR3 800MHz
    Mainboard: MSI B75MA - E33
    Windows: Win10

So, this shut downs usually happens when i play Football Manager 2016. But recently it became more and more frequent. Earlier today it happened while i watched tv show in BS player. (While I was pressing right arrow to skip 5sec of show)

When shut down occurs, no error pops up, nothing, just simply it shut down. What is wired in this case, I played NBA 2K16 like 900h of playing time, and shut down or restard never occured, even in GTA V.

I used Event Viwer to check for error, this is what i got:

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

One more strange thing is that i had same problem in Football Manager 15, but when i played Steam offline, restarts stopped to happen. But it doesn't help in new FM.

Any help guys, I'm starting to get pissed, and I think maybe its my power supply or network card or... I don't know, any help would be great...

    Kindest regards

Hello and welcome to the TenForums :)

If you are not getting the blue screen then this may not be the best place to start your thread. A shut down like you describe could indeed be a power supply problem - what type is it and what is its output in Watts?

Filling in all the details of your system will help - see here
