Still no dumps. Did you enable Driver Verifier?

    Darn it, and still nothing.
Run a scan with HD Tune, not quick.

Was this what you wanted? (I'm not familiar with the program and just gownloaded/installed it, hit start, and cut/paste the result here.)

Thanks, but I figured it out. :)

I did run the scan, but it took so long that I had to leave the computer on overnight. While I was there and it was scanning, however, I did notice just one little red box showing on the screen.

Not surprisingly, the computer crashed before I got up in the morning to check on the scan results. I have no idea:
    • if it completed the scan; and if so,
    • how I can retrieve the result to include here.

I did try to copy the result (of whatever) to a file - which I attach here - but I'm pretty sure the picture is useless.

Clearly the Driver Verifier is causing the BSODs to occur more frequently. Once I'm home and have the chance, I will try to:
    • upload the results from the most recent crash;
    • unable (?) Driver Verifier; and
    • run a scan in HD Tune Pro again.

Increasingly, though, I think that I will soon be shopping for a new machine. (And in that spirit, what is the best way in Windows 10 of doing a backup of all my important files so that I can easily transfer them to a new computer? :) )

    unable (?) Driver Verifier; and
BSODs with driver verifier is the goal
You can disable driver verifier via a few methods:
    1. resetting the settings in the GUI,
    2. in admin command prompt enter the command 'verifier /reset'
    3. use a restore point (not preferrable)
