    Have you ever thought about using some kind of program like teamviewer so you could just control it to find what you need while I'm gone?

    The current setup, you provide the information, I analyze & provide suggestion, you apply suggestion, see if it works, if not provide new information, I analyze, etc., works fine for me.

    I have returned and finally got my memory.dmp to upload to Google Drive. Here is the link. For some reason it opened in notepad so I hope it doesn't mess up when you try to open it. MEMORY.DMP - Google Drive

    Thought we had it fixed but ended up getting the same BSOD. Do you have a list of diagnostics I can take to see what the problem is?
