    Again some of the items have no boxes so the only way for me to check what they are is to take apart the case and open it up.

    It looks like it wasn't yet finished as there is a .tmp file present.

    Also, upload a zip in a new reply, makes it easier for us.

    Run the DM Log Collector again and upload a new zip, wait for the DM Log Collector to say 'The file collector has finished', then it is finished.
    It looks to be not a complete zip, because there is again a .tmp file present.

    I had to reset my computer because it wouldn't make another sysinfo file. Made sure it had no errors when it went through. let me know if it works. Attachment 98001

    Please check C:\Windows for the MEMORY.dmp, upload it to a 3rd party uploader (onedrive, google drive, dropbox) and post a share link in your next reply.

    Programs that claim to update your drivers install either the wrong or corrupted drivers.
    If you have installed any driver with Driver Booster 3, please remove them as it may cause trouble.

    An easy way to get remove these drivers is by using a restore point prior the installation.


    I get this when trying to open the systeminfo.txt, does this look familiair to you?
    When I look it up there are various of things, I do not know where it comes from and cannot propose a possible solution to disable whatever this is.
    Vector smash protection is enabled.
