    bsod problem

I made a thread before this under hardware but its not hardware.

My computer freezes and I get this blue screen error. I DO NOT SEE A BLUE SCREEN. THIS IS FROM A MINIDUMP.
    PAGE_NOT_ZERO.

I have provived a zip with the Minidump in it.

    Hi sammyandsam.

You described a PAGE_NOT_ZERO BSOD, which is stop 0x127. It is .....
    Code:
    PAGE_NOT_ZERO (127)
This bugcheck indicates that a page that should have been filled with zero was not. Typically this is due to a hardware error or some privileged component modified a page after freeing it.
Whereas, the attached minidump says something different, a KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE (0x139); which is ....
    Code:
    KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE (139)
A kernel component has corrupted a critical data structure. The corruption
could potentially allow a malicious user to gain control of this machine.
So there is a versatility of the bugcheck codes.

I would suggest you to do the following:

Scan the system for possible virus infection with the following programs.

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.Run memtest86+ for at least 8 consecutive passes.

If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.

Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.Take a screenshot of the furmark window before closing it. Upload the screenshot for us. Also let us know if you have experienced any crash/BSOD and/or artifacts during the test.

Stress test the CPU.It saves the result as a .txt file in the prime95's folder. Upload the file for us.

Report us the results. If you report for any further BSOD, do it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions .

I have no idea why I thought it was page_not_zero.

I ran the TDSSKiller scan and found nothing.
I did the Windows Defender and found nothing.
I couldn't run a Memtest. I need to find some time to do it.

I did stress the graphics card. here is and image: here
I ran the cpu stress test. Here is the text file.
    Code:
    [Mon May 18 17:15:09 2015]
    Self-test 12K passed!
    Self-test 12K passed!
    [Mon May 18 17:21:03 2015]
    Self-test 8K passed!
    Self-test 8K passed!
Hopefully this is everything you need.
I also did not get any bsod when running these.

    EDIT:
I used BlueScreenView to see the dump file.

    Ok, now I know why.

On a BSOD analyzer, it had this:
    Code:
    SYMBOL_NAME: PAGE_NOT_ZERO
    I thought it was that...

    Still, any more help?

If all the tests suggested in post #2 yielded no issue, then apparently you are safe right now. Report us for any further BSOD.
