    Computer keeps crashing, error 0x8000400000000002

    Hi there.
About a week ago my pc started to crash whenever I try to play any game. I thought because of dust or over hear so I cleaned up my pc, it seem to be better but the crash started again this week and got worse, It crashed when I was watching a movie. I try to use command scannow but it also crashed why running. If anyone have any idea what cause this would be great.

p/s: I'm not sure it is BSOD since there is no critical error notification pop up.

Hi. It just stopped, everything shut down, like pulling out the plug.

That isn't a BSOD, but a shutdown crash. We'll need more system information in order to proper troubleshoot the problem.

Please fill in your system specs
Please follow this tutorial and download the tool. The tool will give you detailed information about your system specs, please fill in your system specs more completely including PSU, cooling and other used stuff like mouse, keyboard, monitor, case, etc.
The PSU, cooling and other stuff are NOT mentioned in the tool.
How to fill in your system specs:

I can't be sure if it is BSOD or not since I am using Flat Screen, and since everything just went black. Is there anyway to know ? Oh, the power light is off when everything shut down for 1-3 sec then they were on again. I have to unplug the power cable for it to shut down.

Fill it in in your 'My System Specs', that is a lot easier for us.

Your description is a restart crash, not a BSOD.
