    Here it is GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 1150 - GA-H97-D3H (rev. 1.1)


    There is no 64x version.

    64bit and 32bits is with Windows, the BIOS has nothing to do with that part

    You can safely install a BIOS update.

    Well It said it is not compatible with my 64x version, and shut down the installation.
    I'm so frustration, cause i dont know what went wrong. Even when i try to use any program to see the temp it shut down. It shut down randomly when I searched web now.

    Extract the downloaded zip to a USB, boot into the BIOS and use the Q-Flash function.

    As I do not know how old your system is, is it clean of dust?

    A basic step for a shutdown/restart crash is to test the PSU

    I cleaned it 3 times this week, pulled out all rams and fans and card and psu to clean. I don't think because of dust. Guess i will bring it out to the pc hospital for a full check up.

    Can virus cause this ? Since i had the same problem with my old pc but that one last for 4 years. this one barely 2 years.

    A virus can cause various of known and unknown problems.


    Diagnostics Test

     Malware scan


    Please run a threat scan with Malwarebytes*, a full scan with your AV, scan your system with Adwcleaner, Kaspersky TTDSKiller, ESET Online Scanner and SuperAntiSpyware

    Can't do those, I tried. It shut down half way through. . I will take it out for a check up this weekend and get back to you to update what could have gone wrong.

    If it even does that in safe mode you more likely have a hardware problem.
