    ok set first boot to usb corsair but it still ask me to add a bootable device and reboot

    Sounds like you're trying to change the boot order and not choosing from the boot options.

    I go to boot devises make usb first and then go to boot order and see usb as first and restart

    That shouldn't be necessary.
    All that needs to be done:
    1. Install MemTest86+ on USB or CD,
    2. Reboot,
    3. Go to boot options,
    4. Choose USB or CD,
    5. Let the program run until at least the requirements are done.

    No change in the boot order or something is required.

    Sometimes changing the boot mode from UEFI to legacy is necessary, but such a BIOS change doesn't affect the boot order.

    ok I hit f8 it shows me all boot devices I click corsair 3.0 usb and it still say insert a bootable device

    Please make sure that fast startup is disabled

    Please read the MemTest86+ instructions. How much time has passed is not relevant because the time it takes to meet the requirement of 8 passes minimum with MemTest86+ is different for everyone.
