Blue Screen When Plugging in HDMI - video_dxgkrnl_fatal_error

    Attachment 93322

    Hey guys,

    I have a Gigabyte laptop P25 upgraded to Windows 10. (GTX 770M)
I have a problem only after
upgraded to Windows 10. When I go to plug in a display through the HDMI port, the screen flashes for a bit, then the blue screen: "video_dxgkrnl_fatal_error" . When it restarts, it can't load in system when the HDMI still in. So I need to remove the HDMI then restart it again. What does this error mean and does anyone know of a solution to the problem / had similar experience?

    Thanks!

Looks like a problem with your Nvidia GeForce GTX 770M card/driver:

    Code:
    BugCheck 113, {19, 2, 10de, 11e0}
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys
You have a fairly old driver, 353.75 dated 8/2/2015. The current driver for your card is 368.81 dated 07/14/2016.
Please download it from here: Drivers | GeForce

Then use DDU to completely uninstall the current driver then install 368.81 version.

Edit: Also, looks like you system is slightly underclocked. Check BIOS setup settings:
    Code:
    6: kd> !sysinfo cpuspeed
    CPUID: "Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4700MQ CPU @ 2.40GHz"
    MaxSpeed: 2400
    CurrentSpeed: 2394
