    Random bsod kernel-power 41(63)

Computer gets bsod restarts giving different error codes almost every time. Ran chkdisk and memtest and found no errors. Problem has persisted after clean install of windows 10. I think all drivers are up to date. Graphically intensive games seem to trigger the crash but i has happened with just chrome running as well. Also my computer has been running much slower than normal, but it doesn't seem to be a virus.

    Please follow below instructions carefully

    Diagnostic Test

     RAM TEST

Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums

    Note   Note

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 complete passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

    Addition:
If errors show up you can stop the test, remove all sticks but 1 and test this single stick in each slot for 8 passes or until errors show, switch sticks and repeat.
If errors show up and you see them a lot later, no problem, the errors don't affect the test.

I have 1 8bg stick of ram and 4 compatible ports.

here are the results from memtest
    Attachment 96609

1000 errors in about 2 minutes. I ran it again with the ram in different ports and got similar results.

If you have warranty for the memory you could use it for replacement :)

Memory is under warranty and they're sending a new one. Thanks for the help. Will update when the new ram gets here.
