    BSOD after 20~30mins of surfing the web 0x0000001e

    So BSOD occurs after 20~30 mins from shutdown. I have reformatted my comp 3 days ago and several BSOD has occurred mostly pointing to the driver ntoskrnl.exe(use bluescreenview to see issue) but i have no idea what to do. Also, it says that my driver for Qualcomm Atheros CB42/CB43/MB42/MB43 Network Adapter may be a problem but last i checked using both device manager and iobit driver booster pro., the driver is updated to the latest. I have currently 3 dmp files and if someone can look through all of them that would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance .

    The latest dump iondicates a problem with GM312Fltr.sys:
    Code:
    BugCheck 1E, {ffffffffc0000047, fffff802088dc2f4, fffff8020a994288, fffff802088a64a4}

    *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for GM312Fltr.sys
    *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for GM312Fltr.sys
    The only info I can find on it says it belongs to Gaming Mouse 33052 Driver. I'm guessing this has something to do with the mouse you are using. See if you can find an newer driver or try a different mouse. Are you plugging the mouse into a USB2 (recommended) or a USB3 slot?

    Also see indication of problems with athw10x.sys.
    Code:
    fffff802`0a993578  fffff800`4ef9a80fUnable to load image \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\athw10x.sys, Win32 error 0n2

    Definitely belongs to your Qualcomm Atheros AR9485WB-EG Wireless Network Adapter.

    It would help if you would fill out your System Specs more completely.

    How to fill out System Specs for tenforums.

    See here: System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums

    Of major interest is the Manufacture and full model number of the computer if purchased or the system board if custom built.

    So I have filled my system specs, if there are any info still required please inform me.
    Regarding the BSOD, I have reinstalled the driver for the Network Adapter but as for the mouse, there was only one driver and I was using that driver beforehand so it must have been outdated so I guess it's time to buy a more suitable mouse. My laptop only has 3 x 3.0 USB ports, so connecting to a 2.0 port is not possible.

    As such, I tried running my laptop without the mouse and disabling the mouse driver today and for the first 20~30 mins it was fine. So i connected my mouse and 10 mins later, BSOD, saying kmode_exception_not_handled (tcpip.sys)

    here's the BSOD info Attachment 91997

    Thanks a bunch

    Same problem. Pretty definite it's a mouse driver problem:
    Code:
    BugCheck 1E, {ffffffffc0000047, fffff80319e7b2f4, c481acec, fffff8006c0f565b}

    No Windows 10 updates for your Qualcom WiFi.

    Replace the mouse and see if that resolves the problem. If the WiFi creates another BSOD, the Qualcom WiFi card can be replaced for $20 to $30.

    Just to clarify, the latest BSOD (kmode_exception_not_handled (tcpip.sys)) was also because of the mouse is it? Because what I did today was connecting my mouse to my cooling pad which has a usb2.0(this causes the software to not recognize the mouse even though the mouse still works) and then disabling the driver. After an hour of usage, there was no problem so if the latest BSOD is linked to the mouse driver, it should be safe to assume that the mouse driver is the faulty one here. Any thoughts about my assumption? Also, will this be affected even when using a cooling pad?

    I agree the driver is at fault, not the hardware.

    No idea what effect the cooling pad has. I'd say run this way for a week and if no problems then stay with it.

    I see, I shall continue using it as it is for 3~4 days, and if there are any issues, I will report back. Thank you so much for your help thus far.

    After 1.5 weeks of usage, it is confirm that the mouse driver is causing the BSOD since it is very outdated. Will hopefully get a new mouse soon. Thank you once again.
