Did you get a key from that site?
Yes I have, I managed with a quick google to found out that the KMS I used was using a cracked key to activate windows so that messed up my windows. Can I somehow get this reverted? I already mailed slim.nl just in case I need a new key.

The best would be to perform a clean installation leaving no traces behind of the problem :)

Look at that, different activation details

I understand it if you need to use an Office program, but if you plan on using it while we're troubleshooting please buy it. We are familiair with what those crack programs do to activate Window & Office, but we are not aware of what consequences it has to everything else which is the most important part. We cannot find out what those consequences may be which is a reason why we need the user to remove them.

Analyzing the crashes of the previous system is not something I would find interesting.

Have any crashes occured since the new installation?

Because it's been weeks since the previous crash according to the event logs this may be a one-time BSOD.
