After the clean install, I installed drivers and updates, then tested the problem with GTA V, since GTA V seems to be the easiest to test with. I aslo noticed SystemSettings.exe crash with c0000005 as well.

Did some Googling for this problem and came across this:

    Worth trying.

That at least seemed to fix the SystemSettings.exe problem, but now it seems like some installers randomly crashed with c0000005.
I'm wondering if it has something to do with some sort of hardware that I haven't really tested, such as keyboard or mouse.

Edit: I might also wait for the Anniversary update to see if that somehow resolves the issue.

Edit 2: Actually, is there any way to determine if the CPU/Motherboard (or its settings) is at fault here?

    You could try several things.

Enable Driver Verifier and run with it for up to 48 hours while using the PC normally.
    Stress test the CPU.
    Stress test the GPU.

    ===================================================
    Driver Verifier
is a diagnostic tool built into Windows 10, it is designed to verify both native Microsoft drivers and third party drivers. Driver Verifier's verification process involves putting heavy stress on drivers with the intention of making bad, outdated, incompatible or misbehaving drivers fail. The required result is a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) which will generate a crash dump for debugging purposes.
Machines exposed to Driver Verifier will run very sluggishly due to the stress being applied to the drivers.

Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable in Windows 10

    Pay close attention to
    PART TWO
and make sure the correct boxes are checked.

    Warning:
It is not advised to run Driver Verifier for more than 48 hours at a time. Disable Driver Verifier after 48 hours or after receiving a BSOD, whichever happens soonest.

Always create a Restore Point prior to enabling Driver Verifier.

What we're looking for is a BSOD with a mini dump that will tell us what driver caused it.

Upon restart activating Driver Verifier, I got DRIVER_VERIFIER_IOMANAGER_VIOLATION

Here's the dump file: Attachment 92896 (Was a pain trying to get a dump file to save at all for some reason).

Edit: Seems to be pointing to the driver for my PS4 controller, which I recently installed. Will uninstall it and try Driver Verifier again.
Edit #2: Also, in an indirect note, I did find an Education version of Windows 10 on Techbench, but had to search for it manually.

The zip file you uploaded is empty (0 bytes).

    Can you try it again.

I was actually in the middle of uploading the actual dump file, not the minidump that I had to use.
I finally found the actual dump file (https://1drv.ms/u/s!ApFPys4e4KKjbLvDeiNn-Z66S1w) while running Furmark (which ran without errors).

Dump indicates a problem with ScpVbus.sys
    Code:
    BugCheck C9, {21f, fffff800ee2cb174, ffffe001b55b9dc0, 0}
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for ScpVBus.sys
It's quite old for Windows 10:
    Code:
    2: kd> lmvm ScpVBus
    start end module name
    fffff800`ee2c0000 fffff800`ee2ce000 ScpVBus (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: ScpVBus.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\ScpVBus.sys
        Image name: ScpVBus.sys
        Timestamp: Sun May 05 17:31:26 2013 (5186CFAE)
        CheckSum: 00010BD7
        ImageSize: 0000E000
        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
ScpVbus belongs to Scarlet.Crush Productions Scp Dual Shock 3 Virtual Bus Driver which I think has something to do with a PS4 or XBOX or some game console/controller.

Yea, I assumed it was the driver for my PS4 controller. I uninstalled it, and started Driver Verifier again, and everything is working fine so far (besides GTA V still spitting out appcrash error c0000005 every time I exit). In the meantime, i'll try to find a more up to date driver for my PS4 controller.

I don't think there is one available. This is the 3rd or 4th BSOD problem I've looked at in the last month or so that had a problem with ScpVbus and I don't remember any of them finding updated drivers. I hope I'm wrong, but ...
