Error code c0000005 - Not a BSOD

Did some Googling for this problem and came across this:

Worth trying.

That at least seemed to fix the SystemSettings.exe problem, but now it seems like some installers randomly crashed with c0000005.
I'm wondering if it has something to do with some sort of hardware that I haven't really tested, such as keyboard or mouse.

Edit: I might also wait for the Anniversary update to see if that somehow resolves the issue.

Edit 2: Actually, is there any way to determine if the CPU/Motherboard (or its settings) is at fault here?

You could try several things.

Enable Driver Verifier and run with it for up to 48 hours while using the PC normally.
Stress test the CPU.
Stress test the GPU.

What we're looking for is a BSOD with a mini dump that will tell us what driver caused it.

ScpVbus belongs to Scarlet.Crush Productions Scp Dual Shock 3 Virtual Bus Driver which I think has something to do with a PS4 or XBOX or some game console/controller.

I don't think there is one available. This is the 3rd or 4th BSOD problem I've looked at in the last month or so that had a problem with ScpVbus and I don't remember any of them finding updated drivers. I hope I'm wrong, but ...
