    BSOD - Kernel Security Check Failure

    I get this BSOD once in a while and I'm not really sure what the problem could be.
    This latest BSOD came right after I logged into my computer, before the desktop even showed up. I have had BSOD come up multiple times with the same Kernel Security Check Failure I'm just not sure where to look.

    I have attached these files using the TenForms tool.

    Thanks for your help.

    Latest dump points to dc1-controller.sys which belongs to Xbox Controller driver I believe.

    BugCheck 139, {3, ffffd000f07fb6a0, ffffd000f07fb5f8, 0}
    Probably caused by : dc1-controller.sys ( dc1_controller!DccRemoveRequestQueue+7e )
    The one you have is 10/29/2015 8:46:54 PM C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\dc1-controller.sys.

    I'm a noob when it come to games and gameing hardware so I don't know where/if you can find an updated driver for this.
    Looks like all the dumps are the same so need to update this somehow or uninstall it and see if the problem goes away.

    Post#5 in that thread said something else:
    and for some reason the mix amp that plugs in was using the dc1-controller.sys driver. I uninstalled the drivers for the Astro's and when it reinstalled it properly installed the sound drivers and didn't register as an Xbox controller and the BSOD's have gone away (ran overnight)

    I do have an Xbox controller connected so I'll take a look at the drivers and see if Microsoft has an update to them.
    Thanks for the help I now know what is causing the issue at least.

    Thanks again.

    Just wanted to update, it appears the driver is built-in into Windows 10 through Windows Update. So I was not able to find an updated driver. Microsoft does not publish Xbox One drivers on their website...

    I was however able to do a firmware upgrade on the Xbox One Controller by connecting it to an Xbox One.
    Unsure if that will solve anything, I'll just have to wait and see.
