Latest dump point to asmtxhci.sys ands asmthub3.sys as the cause.
    Code:
    BugCheck 3B, {c0000005, fffff8016914c781, ffffd00022c5cc20, 0}

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for asmtxhci.sys

*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for asmthub3.sys
    Probably caused by : asmtxhci.sys ( asmtxhci+1c781 )
They belong to ASMedia USB 3.0 Host Drivers.

    04/02/2016 8:22:05 C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\asmtxhci.sys

There is a newer one on the MCI web site dated 2016-07-12. Try downloading and installing that.

    Thanks for your response,
    1) this is the link I am using for HP drivers: Descargas de software y controladores HP para impresoras, PC portatiles, PC de escritorio y otros productos HP | Soporte al cliente de HP(R)
    2) as suggested I already downloaded the newest ASMedia USB3 0/3.1 Drivers, dated 2016.0712

Sorry, I can't read the web page.

The error says there was a timeout while the installer was waiting for a response from the printer.

When you do the install, do you disconnect the printer USB cable until the installer tells you to connect it? If not, uninstall the HP software then try it again only disconnect the printer first. Connect it only when asked to do so, see if that makes a difference.

What other devices do you have connected? Try disconnect all bu the printer, mouse and keyboard.

I apologize, the HP support web page is in spanish.

First I must say that after installing the new ASMedia USB3 drivers, as recomended, when starting the printer´s installation, the BSOD has not been received again.

However, during installation I have followed the instructions given by the "HP Printer Installation Wizard" program step by step, unplugging the printer when requested, plugging in again, unplugging the USB cable from computer and from printer when requested and plugged in back again. After finishing installation there is a testing for printing and scanning. The printing test is ran without problem, but the scanning test gives an error and recomends to use the "HP Print and Scan Doctor". Runing this program on the scanning part I get this response: : "Unable to communicate the scan driver with the product".

Now, when starting the comp I get these messages, which repeat themselves for 5 or 6 times:

    Attachment 90565 Attachment 90566 Attachment 90567

I think the whole problem comes from some Windows 10 corrupted or damage file.

I would appreciate your opinion on this.
    Thanks

What is the full model number of the HP Printer? I'll see if I can find an English page to look at.

Can you disable the HP TrayApp from the Startup page in Task Manager?

    Thanks for your response Ztruker.

My printer is a HP Deskjet F2420

The HP TrayApp is not shown in the Startup page in Task Manager, but it shows "HP Digital Imaging Monitor", which I disabled and now when sarting the comp the TrayApp installation is not performed anymore.

I reinstalled the HP drivers and I can print and scan through the Windows App "Windows Fax and Scan" but it does not work through the HP Scan and Capture program, which I understand because of HP Digital Imaging Monitor being disabled at startup.

Well, at least at the moment I can print and scan through Windows 10 Fax and Scan and I can keep working. If you have any suggestions on how to fix the TrayApp issue I would like to hear about them.

I really appreciate your help and thank you for your assistance.
