    Yes, that is the All-in-One driver, same I have installed.

    Also I have used those 3 tools in this order, first the "Utility-Diagnostic Tools", second the "HP Printer Install Wizard for Windows" and this last referred me to "HP Print and Scan Doctor for Windows" which is the one I mentioned on my previous post #7, that when runing it on the scanning test, I got this messagge: : "Unable to communicate the scan driver with the product".

    Try the HP Support options. Contact HP Customer Support for HP Deskjet F2420 All-in-One Printer | HP® Customer Support


    I think they have E-mail, chat and Twitter support. Nothing to lose by contacting them. They may tell you it will cost money. If so forget it.
