BSOD I get multiple errors for the BSOD never the same two in a row.

The errors generally happen when a web browser of some sort is open but at times it happens when no browsers are open and I am using one of the office 2003 programs. They also rarely occur while playing Diablo 3 and more frequently of the rare occurrences while gaming they happen during Fallout 4.Attachment 90269Attachment 90270Attachment 90271Attachment 90272Attachment 90273
    Thank you for your help

The first thing I noticed is you are way back level in Windows Updates. You are currently at build 10240, the latest is 10586.494.

Please apply all Windows Updates to bring your system up to the latest service level.

Meanwhile I'll look at some of the later dumps.

Edit: Just realized the dumps are 6-7 months old, nothing for 2016 at all, unless your clock is wrong. Please check it.

Yeah sorry I don't know what happened I am trying to get the correct files...the dm log collector program from this site is running fine but not creating a zip file. SO I am using the seven forums diagnostic tool and it didn't seem to work right so I am trying to fix it now.

Have you relocated your user account folders to another drive? If so, look in

    %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\SFdebugFiles

You still need to apply all Windows Updates to get to the 10586.494 build.

After that, if you get another BSOD< run DM_Log_collector again and upload the zip file..

Enter winver from a Run box (Press Window key + R). If it says 10240 then you are way back level. You are missing the Threshold 2 (TH2) update that was released last September plus all the updates released wince then.

You could try clicking the Attachment 90484 button on Microsoft's Get Windows 10 website. That may give you the TH2 version. You would basically be doing an upgrade from the initial release of Windows 10 to the TH2 version.

I am running the old version but I can't get the creation tool to work all the way through. I have tried ot install the update multiple times through the update assistant and my screen BSOD each time and reverts me to my previous version and when I try to use the media creation tool it crashes and won't work correctly.

I think the best thing for you to do at this point is to backup anything you don't want to lose then do a Clean Install of Windows 10.

Follow this tutorial: Windows 10 - Clean Install
