I said before in that post (-: that I already did a 6h memtest. No errors. The tablet is stable in normal usage, it just freezes/reboots in standby. Mostly already after a few minutes. I also did a 1h prime95 memory test, stable. Though one freeze I also had before the moment I connected a USB stick.

6h doesn't say anything, you need 8 passes at minimum with MemTest86+ & a photo of the result is requested.

That I'm aware there are 3 memory tests, the built-in, memtest86 & memtest86+. With the built-in it is just finishing and waiting, with memtest86 it could go incredibly fast but not memtest86 is not as proper as memtest86+.
Per diagnostics test it differs of the speed for finishing and result, because each test uses a different algorithm for testing.

The "old" original memtest86 was advanced ( PassMark MemTest86 - Version History ) since they parted a few years ago, where memtest86+ is dead since 2013. 6h is enough because it was not done with memtest86+ I did it with the original licensed memtest86 ( MemTest86 - Offical Site of the x86 Memory Testing Tool ) and the 6h means very high chance of proof because it's not xxx cycles like memtest86+ it includes way more single passes of different test algorithms in one 100% test cycle. I also did the "build in" Windows one btw before, no errors too.

Could it be maybe related to the c-state problem with some Intel CPUs? I read about it before, for example here:

Skylake hard locks seeminly when IDLE / CStates ON |Intel Communities

Also please don't get mad at me or anything if I sound cheeky here and there. I totally am happy you're trying to help.

    Please run MemTest86+ as suggested.
As I said, 6h means nothing, in 6h the amount of passes varies for many users, that is why passes are more important!

it's not xxx cycles like memtest86+ it includes way more single passes of different test algorithms in one 100% test cycle
Each pass of MemTest86+ includes 10 different tests on a small amount of memory. 8 passes is 80 tests total, 10 tests on different amounts of memory that has proven to be much better as MemTest86+ has found errors in more situations where MemTest86 simply failed. The errors MemTest86+ finds aren't 'false' as with every replacement of memory (or motherboard in bad situations) the problem was gone whereas with MemTest86 it is often the opposite, that is the case in experience with hundreds (maybe thousands) of users we helped.

Please just follow the provided suggestions, the hardware test suggestions are chosen for reasons.

And where do I get an UEFI compatible bootable iso of Memtest86+? Because the one on their site from 2013 doesn't seem to be UEFI compatible and I cant get it to work / select from my tablets bios.

Another bsod, where I thought tablet was stable over the past days, after I down-clocked the ram from 1600 to 1066 Mhz... was it again a corruption or something else?

When booting MemTest86+ sometimes a requirement is to change to legacy boot mode + disable fast startup.

Fastboot is off but there is no legacy boot option to be found, mostly cant change that on the tablets bios. The bios does not find the stick bootable, like I said, mostly because it's not UEFI boot compatible and the tablet just accepts those. That was reason why I used memtest86 btw because it supports UEFI.

It's a tablet?? Meaning no PSU, cooling and other used stuff like mouse, keyboard, monitor, case, etc.
The rest was already included in that zip file by that other tool via msinfo dxinfo. Also I told you already before you don't need to talk to me like I am a "newbie". I am a software developer. It's a x5-8300, you wont get any more information like that. The RAM has no JEDEC.
