BSOD - Crashing way too frequently in the past few weeks...

I want to add a few notes:

• Earlier on this evening I've flashed my motherboard bios from F3 to F5 (F6f are there, but they are in beta). Still got the BSOD shortly after.
• I've done a motherboard clear CMOS using the 5+ second button and still get the BSOD within a few minutes after booting.
• I've noticed that the computer is a little sluggish at the beginning boots, as if something is loading in the background. It never did that before.
• Also, on the log-in screen, the BSOD screen comes on.

The BSOD entries all relate to hardware failure (WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124) A fatal hardware error has occurred.)

Your error log also shows errors associated with the CPU:

For these reasons I suggest you run a CPU stress test such as Prime95.

Thank you for the feedback. Started to run Prime95 for 1 hour so far and no errors (see attached). I'm surprised how stable it has been.

So far so good. If you run for about 3 hours without errors you can stop and move on to the Graphics processor test. This is called Furmark. Watch the temperature closely in case it gets too hot and look for any anomalies or artifacts in the display. General the test will fail if there are hardware problems.

Thank you. Please keep in mind that I don't have a dedicated graphics card installed, only the on board Intel HD Graphics 530. I've been using this setup for the past 3 months (April 2016 through today) to power up my 4K display (Dell P2715Q).

Will the Furmark work with a on-board video or would I need to install (for the first time) my GTX-980 card? Also, could the 4K display be causing these issues?

I've reviewed the log of my dump files and saw that it happened mid-June ever couple of days, and then every couple hours, and then every couple of minutes. I've been away from 06/25 through 07/05 so there is a gap in the dump files (computer was off).

Before I begin with FurMark, I have a question on the settings and duration of the test(s). Default appears to be windowed 1280x720.

Please set the resolution to your default screen resolution. This will be shown on the Advanced Display settings

Leave the test running for as long as the temperatures are stable and below around 85C and no need to go for longer than about 5 min. You can quit at any time by using the Esc key.
