Mysterious system_service_exception fileinfo.sys BSOD

Have recently been having BSOD issues, mainly a system_service_exception fileinfo.sys, I suspected a graphics driver issue since it often happens during gaming along with random unexplained crashes, however reinstalling and rolling back drivers did nothing to the issue. Recently it has happened when not gaming and at random with nothing in common. I have reinstalled/repaired windows 10 that did not solve any issues, scanned for bad drivers/ disk check with no avail. any help is welcome! Thank you!

Please follow below suggestions :)

Please check Lenovo for BIOS updates.
Please install the Nvidia drivers Lenovo provides, laptop manufacturer alter their drivers for better stability & performance for the laptops.

Please remove OpenHardwareMonitor, this driver is extremely old and a risk for BSODs.

Please check Logitech for driver updates for your device(s).

Please remove / disable items from the startup in taskmanager
These programs could interfere with the boot process giving you trouble and increase the boot time.

Please remove Daemon tools, a known BSOD cause.
