This is my last try for the night. Here is a new dump file. Intelppm.sys is back as the BSOD title. I literally just updated that LAN driver, and this dump shows that still the rt640x64 is the culprit.
I just don't know what to do here. I personally thank you, Arc, for being so diligent with this.

I think it should work for your device .... because it works on this MSI device as the description says.
To install the driver, follow the QUICK_INSTALLATION_GUIDE included in the zip.Code:%RTL8168.DeviceDesc% = RTL8168C.ndi, PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8168&SUBSYS_10051462&REV_02 ;MSI
If it does not detect the network, you will need to go back to that one downloaded from MSI. So please keep that MSI one saved before applying this one.

It installed and works just fine, but I did get another crash. It is only from games that utilize online functions. Such as World of Warcraft, Rocket League, Overwatch, etc. Single player games have no effect after a few minutes of playing compared to the online ones.
Therefore, perhaps we are to the point where we know there is something going on with more than just an Ethernet drive? Is it possible that the Ethernet drive fails or something, leading me to believe I have a bad Mobo? The PC has never crashed when browsing the internet or watching videos.

I was wrong. I did more testing while playing DOOM and got the BSOD. It continues to be rt640x64.....
Yes, but it does not portray the games as the background application running during the BSODs.

.... before deciding it, have a discussion in the Steam forum? Perhaps they have some tricks to make those games not failing for your motherboard. May be some custom settings etc would work.
If that also does not work, then unfortunately we have to decide about a bad LAN adapter.
Can I ask how you know this is a LAN driver? Whenever I research the rt640x64, it comes up as a PCIe driver. Are the two similar things?
My little knowledge of PCs tell me that PCIe only comes into play with the VGA and the PSU. Or is there more to the PCIe that I'm not understanding?

802.3 is the network architecture.
The Vendor ID means Realtek Semiconductor Corp; the Dev ID means the Chip Number: RTL8168E/RTL8111F/RTL; the network chip.
rt640x64.sys is the device driver, that drives that network chip.
If not satisfied, feel free to ask anything else you like to.
I'll be going to purchase a little 10 dollar LAN card. If things start functioning after that, I will just buy a Gaming Mobo and send this one in for the refund.

So, I'll give this a couple of days to mark resolved, but somehow, I think the BSODs are gone. I simply installed the System & Chipset Drivers at the bottom of that MSI Drivers page. Perhaps everything was really out of date. So far, I have not had a BSOD during a game. Most often, it occurred within the first 10-15 minutes.
As of now, they have settled down. Like I said, I'll get back to you in a few days with an update. Or within a few hours if the BSODs pop back up.
If Intel INF Utility is not installed, some of the PCIe devices does not work properly.
But, as usual, chipset drivers are generally automatic installed via windows update. I wonder how it went away from both of your clean installed. I have a lesson learned here, always check for MEI and INF installation status in device manager lest those are missed.
