    (this is the second page)

This just happened to another PC in the office twice today, on Windows 7. I can't find anything about IMPERSONATING_WORKER_THREAD online, and there doesn't appear to be any Windows Updates on the pc in the past few days.. what's going on?

Here's the file for that computer:

I posted links to what is going on, but because it contains links it is awaiting moderation. Apparently it is Norton causing the issue and they are aware and working on a fix.

If you google search IMPERSONATING_WORKER_THREAD and set the results to return links from the last week you will start to see the links

...and it appears my post awaiting moderation was deleted. Not sure why but google it....

Hopefully this is fixed soon, glad to see there's a likely cause, though.

    Hi @nathandenco,

    Welcome to the 10forums :)

If you keep get BSODs after the last possible solution then it is recommended to start a thread here for Windows 7

    Hi @axe0

This issue appears to be OS-independent and an issue with Norton. I'd hate to mark it as solved until an actual Norton solution is posted, other than plain uninstalling it.
Please note the Norton link posted just above.
