Pulling my hair out with this constant BSOD issue please Help !!

Ok so first let me apologise as I am not well versed in the error log language etc. I have been having a BSOD issue for a while now i tried updating to Win 10 to see if that helped and it didn't. The pc is my youngest sons main gaming pc, so lots of downloads etc happen with it. When I try to go on facebook or youtube any embedded video causes my pc to crash.Sometimes with the BSOD other times just freezes and has to be rebooted by pressing the button. This happens after about 10 seconds of video. I have attached the zip file and hope someone can give me some advice. I have tried updating drivers , stress testing the cpu and also the graphics card but did not get a BSOD . The only other odd thing is that I cannot get into the bios, when i try going via the control panel via Select UEFI Firmware Settings. the computer doesnt restart. I have checked Antivirus, spyware malware etc so any help gratefully recieved and thankyou in advance x I have attached the zip file as requested in the posting instructions Attachment 87034

Hello igotastaff and welcome to TenForums

The BSOD error you are getting is particularly difficult to pinpoint since the dumps files give nothing away as to the cause of the problem. I did look through your eventlog and it is interesting to note that a component of AVG loaded everytime just prior to your crash.

I would suggest you try using the PC with out the AVG antivirus (uninstall it completely) and use Windows Defender for a while and see if it makes a difference. (I use Windows Defender all the time)

As for trying to get into the BIOS see if this tutorial helps (although it sounds like this is the method you are trying to use): https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/5...dows-10-a.html
