I have no idea what it means. :s

I hope I attached the file correctly... Thank you for any help you can give. >_<

When I'm playing some games the screen will freeze and colored speckles cover the screen. The game freezes and the only way I can use the cursor is if I press the windows button. Then I can click on other screen but only while the start menu is up. So I can get to the Task Manager to close the game down thankfully, but I'm not sure what to do or what's wrong.

    warning   Warning
Programs that claim to update your drivers install either the wrong or corrupted drivers.
If you have installed any driver with TweakBit, please remove them as it may cause trouble.

An easy way to get remove these drivers is by using a restore point prior the installation.

    Diagnostics Test

     System File Check

    Please try following:
    • Open an admin command prompt
    • Copy/paste "sfc/scannow" (without quotes) and press enter
    • When it finished reboot your system
    • Open again an admin command prompt
    • Enter sfc/scannow again

If sfc/scannow says "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them" after the second SFC, please upload the cbs.log file located at %systemroot%\Logs\CBS\, if the file is too large try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive, mediafire etc.
System File Check(SFC a.k.a. Windows Resource Protection) needs to have your system rebooted in order for sfc to try to fix the problems that it finds.

Make a photo of SFC and post it.

Please uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from Nvidia. Be sure the clean install box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver, you can use this tutorial to do so NVIDIA Drivers - Avoid Problems - Windows 7 Help Forums

After I ran the DDU it said "A problem occured in one of the module, send your DDU logs to the developer." I'm not sure what this means.

According to Wangard, the fix is to run DDU in Safe mode with a mention of adding DDU to AV exclusion list. It might be better to temporarily disable AV

There was a bug reportedly fixed in 15.7.0.2 - did you by chance download an earlier version?

So I tried everything you suggested and got the drivers to install. So I started up a game and almost the same thing happened. The game froze, little spaced out squares covered my screen in something like a 5 x 3 grid, and I couldn't close it. Forcing me to power down/restart the computer by pressing the power button. I posted another file in case something changed... But I don't know if it'll be any help. :/

    Did you also remove Tweakbit?

From what I can see it's gone. Does it hide? I can't find it in my list of programs.

I ask because a scheduled task has errors about Tweakbit being not there (+1 for that :) ), you removed Tweakbit but also the drivers installed?
