BSOD. Attempted switch from DPC. Kernel-Power. Event ID 41. Task 63

    Hello:

I am getting BSOD's: Attempted switch from DPC. Kernel-Power. Event ID 41. Task 63.

I installed a new hard drive and Windows 10 to fix my laptop from previous BSOD I was having with Windows 8.1 but now I am getting a different BSOD. Usually It happens when I have to restart the computer after installing software/drivers. Also after I used the program to test the memory RAM: mdsched.exe.

I will really appreciate if you can help me to fix this problem.

    Thank you.

The latest dump indicates a problem with FLxHCIc.sys

    Code:
FLxHCIc Fresco Logic xHCI (USB 11/2/2012 2:01:10 AM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\FLxHCIc.sys
    Code:
    BugCheck 139, {21, ffffd000fa22a2d0, ffffd000fa22a228, 0}

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for FLxHCIc.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for FLxHCIc.sys
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for win32k.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for win32k.sys
    Probably caused by : FLxHCIc.sys ( FLxHCIc+2acdd )

This files most often belongs to product FLxHCI. and were most often developed by company Fresco Logic.
This files most often have description Fresco Logic xHCI (USB3) Bus Driver. This file contains driver.
Try a newer driver from here: Fresco Logic

Unfortunately I still have the same problem. Best buy thinks it could be the motherboard but they don't replace them. I took it to another place and they couldn't find any problems. Maybe I should install Windows 7.

You mean you are getting Attempted switch from DPC. Kernel-Power. Event ID 41. Task 63 again?

If so, are you getting a dump. If yes, run DM_Log_collector again and upload the zip file.
