My vacation isn't doing me well then...

If you don't mind, I would like to give driver verifier a try to see if it catches anything else besides the Nvidia drivers.
While driver verifier is enabled just do what you normally would do that causes a crash, in most situations is that what should catch other drivers. In the other situations driver verifier makes the system more stable.

    Diagnostic Test

     DRIVER VERIFIER

    warning   Warning
Please make a backup of your important files and get your rescue media or create one.
    Please create a restore point.

Please follow this tutorial to run driver verifier.

Driver verifier stresses your drivers and will crash your pc if any driver fails due to a violation.

Driver verifier should be performed for a max of 48 hours, or when you have a bluescreen, whatever comes first.

If driver verifier has found a violation and you can't get back into windows normally, try to boot into safe mode and reset in safe mode driver verifier, or in the troubleshooting options open command prompt and type verifier /reset.

    Note   Note
Your system will act very sluggishly while driver verifier is enabled, this is normal as your drivers will be being subjected to heavy testing in order to make them crash.

New crash but same BSOD error; KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED.

Possibly interesting side note: While using my smaller computer screen (brand LG as pictured in the memtest86 screenshot) and using a Dell mouse and keyboard and an xbox360 controller, I could not get it to crash while playing Witcher (~45 mintues). I then decided to move my desktop to my bigger screen (Sony) and used an XboxOne controller, Razer mouse, and Logitech wireless keyboard and it crashed (~5 minutes of Witcher). I then replaced Razer mouse with Dell and took off XboxOne controller and opened Witcher and it crashed again immediately. (this is the uploaded crash)

Just to clarify, my computer does not crash doing anything but playing video games.

Both crashes caused by driver verifier, no driver was flagged.
This usually indicates a different problem, like hardware problem or a setting problem or something.

There are a few things I can think of why a hardware problem would be the case, but some I cannot be certain about because I do not know if other games you may be playing may be using more memory than the one causing the BSOD.
Lets start with a first next step

    Diagnostics Test

     HDD TEST

Run SeaTools to check the integrity of your HDD. SeaTools for DOS and Windows - How to Use - Windows 7 Help Forums
    Run the long test.
    Note   Note
Do not run SeaTools on an SSD as the results will be invalid.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

    Run chkdsk
Disk Check - Windows 7 Help Forums
    Use option TWO
    Upload the chkdsk log https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/4...dows-10-a.html

    Run HDTune to
    • scan for errors, no quick scan but full scan
    • check the health,
    • benchmark.

It may take some time, but please take the time you need to perform it properly.
When above is done please make screenshots of the following
    • the error scan,
    • the health,
    • the benchmark incl. following
      • transfer rate,
      • access time,
      • burst rate,
      • cpu usage.

On it. Next post will be results. One question though; if my HDD is used only for backup purposes only and nothing is run directly off of it, should I still assume it is a potential problem?
