Back to the analysis, in your last dump provided there are mentions of Xbox drivers & USB drivers from Windows making me believe the Xbox may cause problems.
Please remove the Xbox device if you have it connected.

Please remove MSI Afterburner while troubleshooting.

If you have a kernel dump of the 0xD1 crash, please upload it to a 3rd party uploader and post a share link in your next reply.
The stack of the minidump is quite empty, not much has been saved making the minidump a little useless.

If you have had other crashes please upload a new zip created by the DM Log Collector for analysis.

I don't know what to un-install to remove the xbox one controller driver. I unplugged it for the latest crash though, as well as removed MSI Afterburner.

I am unsure of how to find and upload the kernel dump of the 0xD1 crash. Do i need to change my dump file collection settings or is it something else?

I have uploaded the zip from the latest crashes. It seems to have only collected one dump file but my computer in fact blue screened 5 times in a row without getting back to desktop after five minutes of Witcher 3.

Please (re)run MemTest86+ for 8 passes, for your amount of memory it could take up to a day to 2 days.

    Diagnostic Test

     RAM TEST

Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums

    Note   Note

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 complete passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

    Addition:
If errors show up you can stop the test, remove all sticks but 1 and test this single stick in each slot for 8 passes or until errors show, switch sticks and repeat.
If errors show up and you see them a lot later, no problem, the errors don't affect the test.

Ok will do. Will it make a difference to run it with one stick at a time or just run it with both?

A kernel dump was only requested for that specific crash, but as you already had other crashes it isn't necessary anymore

Memtest86 gave no errors again. However, after the first completion of memtest (4 passes) my computer gave 4 quick beeps on startup and wouldn't reboot correctly, then told me no ROM was located and wouldn't let me out of the bios menu. I also didnt have any options in the bios menu as in it wouldn't let me arrow over to anything because it was greyed out. It did this for 4 reboots then I had to go to work. I came home and it booted right up... Then I ran memtest again. Completed a bunch of passes (18 I think. I went camping), rebooted and it crashed 3 times before I could log in with no blue screen or dump files saved. Not sure how to upload pics the attachment manager says I can only have 5 files saved.

    Regarding memtest
Make a photo of the result and post it.
You can upload 5 at the same time so far I know, if the 5 limit is for each post then you will need to make multiple posts for the uploads.

The 4 short beeps you heard means Real Time Clock malfunction
