Please uninstall everything of AMD using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from AMD. I did all you said. After reinstalling the drivers I rebooted and went to play. After 6 minutes got another BSOD: "IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL" and then I was unable to boot into windows.
After putting the RAM timings to auto it booted (maybe coincidence), but windows didn't make the dump file of this last BSOD.

I did the changes that were mentioned on the link you gave me, but it still doesn't save the minidump if the computer crashes on the reboot after the BSOD.
Today when I turned my computer on It froze right after logging onto my account. I rebooted and right after the loading screen a BSOD: "IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL" again. I waited for it to create the dump file and restart automatically, but right after, on the windows boot loading screen It crashed and restarted. I was only able to have a smooth boot at the 4th try, and there's no new .dmp on the Minidump folder.
I never had problems booting before
