Random "System thread" and "System service" exceptions

Hi, I'm having BSODs on my new custom PC build running Windows 10. I am sure this is probably just a driver issue but I'm unaware of how to figure out which driver.

I've uploaded the debug report. Please let me know if you have any ideas or help.

Thank you!

Hi ajthemacboy,

As you are running the TP version there is a likely chance that your problem is a bug in Windows, I cannot analyse the files because of certain problems that can occur with TP version
Code:
********************************************************************************                                                                             *
*                        Bugcheck Analysis                                    *
*                                                                             *
*******************************************************************************

Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

BugCheck 139, {2, ffff8a01abb864e0, ffff8a01abb86438, 0}

***** Kernel symbols are WRONG. Please fix symbols to do analysis.

Hmmm, I am able to look at all the provided dumps okay.

Latest indicates MEMORY_CORRUPTION.
Previous points to Igdkmd64.sys.

The process known as igfx (Igdkmd64.sys) belongs to software Intel Graphics Accelerator Drivers for Windows.
Igdkmd64.sys is not essential for the Windows OS and causes relatively few problems.

You can try disabling it in Startup or the Startup tab of Task Manager.

As for the memory corruption, it would be good to test

RAM:

Download Memtest86+ (you want the 2nd one Download - Pre-Compiled Bootable ISO (.zip)). Unzip it then create a CD from the iso file using your CD burning software. There is a good freeware burner called ImgBurn which will do this easily.

DO NOT burn the .iso file directly to CD. It must be used as input to a program that knows what to do with it, like the one I mentioned above.

You can do this on any computer that has a working CD Burner.

You can also use a Flash drive instead of a CD.

Download - Auto-installer for USB Key (Win 9x/2k/xp/7) *NEW!*.
Unzip and run Memtest86+ USB Installer.exe.
It will format the flash drive if you tell it to. I used a small, 16MB flash drive and it had 8.5GB left when done.

Boot the CD or Flash drive and run Memtest86+ for at least 8 complete passes unless it shows errors sooner than that. Running overnight is usually the best way..

You can stop the test after you see the first error appearing :)
Follow this tutorial to see how you can find out what exactly is causing the errors.

2/3 dumps give me symbol errors, that may result in improper analysis, it may be my symbols that are corrupted but I do not have the proper time to fix it now.

I'll leave this thread for @Ztruker, of course I will watch in the background and reply where I deem necessary :)
