I tried it again and the zip file was empty. I went to the dump files and the latest dump was empty (size 0 KB). I got another BSOD after my last post, but it stayed stuck at 0% complete (it stayed stuck for an hour), so I had to turn it off. As a result, I got no dump file.

For now, I am going to back up the files I need. I might factory-reset the computer. Do you think that will solve the problem?

Did the computer come with Windows 10? If not a Factory reset may or may not work and if it does it will put you back to the previous OS version.

Better would be to do a clean install: Follow this tutorial: Windows 10 - Clean Install

I am a bit reluctant to do so at the moment; I will keep it as a last option. I got another BSOD. Dump file:

What power supply do you have and what wattage is it and how old?

I do wonder whether it is on its way out.

I need to open the PC to figure that out (I will get back to you later). It is as old as the PC (5-6 years). Any reason why you think this may be the issue?

Mainly because of the buzzing sound you mentioned. If it was a clicking sound, that would be one of the hard drives.

So, um... I have been using the computer for 2 weeks and no problem. I honestly have no idea why. I did not do anything special after the last BSOD.

I just wanted to thank you for your help :)

I thought the problem was solved , but it seems the issue has returned. I had a bunch of BSODs. So I reinstalled Windows and then the PC got another BSOD, turned off randomly 2 or 3 times, and froze once with a buzzing sound. I have the dump files attached for that one BSOD:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The attachment you made is invalid, what ever that means :)

Re-run DM)Log_collector and upload the zip file here.
