    Ok checked my RAM and they are not in their typical slots. I wonder if that might be the cause of the issue?
    Attaching a pic of them. Should I still move them together to your diagram slots 2-4? or should we adapt?

    Thats how it looks, the Ram is in slots 2 and 4 if you are counting 1-2-3-4 .

    Something is wrong I can't go into my BIOS anymore by holding down F2, It's like it doesn't recognize the keyboard until the operating system comes up first and of course then its too late to go into the BIOS.

    It may be that there is a setting in the ASRock software preventing you from accessing the BIOS, like with Gigabyte when you enable the fast boot in the BIOS or the software and set it to the highest setting.

    I bet when I uninstalled the App store program "Restart to UEFI" it did something. I originally installed everything in the list then realized a lot of them were just fluff like that so I uninstalled it:
    ASRock Restart to UEFI v1.0.1 | Slimware Utilities
