Assuming that the problem is a memory problem, we can approach this 2 ways.
    1. Remove either of your sticks,
    • if it crashes test the stick in another slot,
    • if it crashes switch sticks,
    • if it crashes test the stick in another slot

    2. Ask someone to borrow memory and replace it with your memory.

Well I would like to not "assume" the problem is memory. I would like to find out for sure.

You can find out for sure by testing, if we didn't mention it before we get only 'clues' from the dumps about what the possible cause could be, you need to test if the provided solution is indeed the solution for the cause that has been found.

Ok well we did put both sticks in 2 totally new slots. So if both sticks went from the black slots to the blue slots. Whats next?

As mentioned earlier, removing either of your sticks could be a next step

I had a quick look at the memory compatibility list of your motherboard and searched for your memory model, BLS8G3D1609DS1S00, the result is that 8GB is supported. The possibility is present that this contributes to the problem.

I'm not totally sure I follow, that sounds good because they are each 8GB sticks and 8GB is supported. I only saw 2 listings for Crucial but I think mine is this one:
    DDR3 1600 8GB Crucial BLS8G3D1609DS1S00.16FED

So tell me how that contributes to the problem, I'm missing it?

It is not for each stick, it is the total amount of memory, else it would've shown as 8GB*2
