IF it is possible it isn't necessary :)

Do you think its ok for me to uninstall the ASRock App Shop App with Revo Uninstaller? I'm kind of leary about uninstalling this app (along with slimline apps) that that has its fingers in and around my bios and drivers.
Yes, software from the motherboard/laptop manufacturer is in many occasions known for causing BSODs.

Ok, then since I only have a C partition and I already uploaded that zip file to you I guess thats all you need for that. When I get home I will uninstall the ASRock App with Revo uninstaller. It wouldn't surprise me a bit if that was the culprit all along.

If any partition has been checked with Windows Explorer chkdsk I would ask to run chkdsk through command prompt on the same partition.

The zip file I gave you in post # 213 is from chkdsk Option 2 through elevated command prompt on C: partition

The ASRock App Store app is uninstalled, I did a moderate uninstall. *crossing fingers* that solves most of the BSOD's

Yes, at the time you didn't specify you wanted any parameters and the tutorial just listed all possible parameters.
I will rerun it for you again with parameter /r and upload zip file.

Here is the zip file of the chkdsk with /r parameter event logs. I added the locale meta data in the zip too.
