    The last two dump indicates problems with McAfee.
    Code:

Probably caused by : NETIO.SYS ( NETIO!StreamInvokeCalloutAndNormalizeAction+60 )
    Please uninstall it and run with the built-in Windows Defender for awhile, see if the problem is resolved. If yes then stay with Windows Defender (it's what I use) or try a different AV program.
