    BSOD Windows 10

I was playing Overwatch and suddenly my PC crashes with 'Video Scheduler Internal Error. I have Google Chrome on at the background and that is basically it. The PC is just running the game. This is the first time I have this problem with my laptop. May I know what is the cause of this? Overheating or something?

    Laptop Model: Asus G771JW
    Processor : i7-4720HQ
    RAM: 16GB
Graphics Card: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600
    Nvidia GeForce GTX 960M

    Hi sthonerhinoz,

    Welcome to the 10forums :)

The 0x119 is in many case caused by the GPU drivers or the GPU itself, also this time. As this is the first BSOD you've had there is a great chance that Windows has resolved the issue whilst rebooting, if this problem continues I would ask that you play other games too and see if the same problem occurs. If no problem occurs with other games then there are 2 options left
    1. A bug in the game
    2. The drivers aren't optimized for the game.
For option 1 you need to report the issue to the company of Overwatch, for option 2 either ASUS provides driver updates or you're unfortunate and cannot play the game without issues.

If the problem continues also with other games than there are other possibilities (including the drivers), but we'll meet them later if necessary.

    Hi axe0,

Thanks for the quick response. Hopefully it is as you said that Windows might have solved it during the reboot. I will continue observing the problem to see if it continues. Appreciate it.
