Hang at shutdown or restart - BSOD Driver_Power_State_Failure

Run the memtest last night with 8 passes, so I think there's no problem with the RAM. Running Driver Verifier this whole afternooon but still no crash Performed Windows reset as another tip on the Internet but no luck at all.

Suddenly, when I shutdown the laptop, the minidump file is there I don't know why there's no dump file when I restart it, but yes, I now finally have the dump file

Please help to troubleshoot with my latest log as in attachment. Thank you so much.

The dump is isn't as helpful as I had hoped for, a quick analysis shows the HAL.dll.

If disabling fast startup doesn't help then you have hardware problems, though that would be slightly odd with the circumstance that only a crash occurs at shutdown however Samsung SSDs sometimes can be a bit problematic with the power transitions.

I forgot that you disabled fast startup already in previous installation

Did the problem also occur before you installed the SSD?
How did you install Windows again? Was it a clean install where you deleted all partitions from the previous installation?

A quick view in the manual of your laptop shows that the UEFI boot option in the BIOS is present in the 'Boot' part.
Is your BIOS set to enable UEFI boot?

That's what I really want to find out as there's nothing in my BIOS I'm now looking for some way to reset/restore the BIOS to the firmware from ASUS website, but it says I already had the latest one and does not allow me to flash it again @@

You indeed have the latest version and it seems the BIOS mode is UEFI.

I've requested help for this problem, my guess is that the problem lies with your BIOS, UEFI and GPT but I'm not 100% sure of a proper next step without reinstalling with MBR format.

You have tried to revert back the changes by loading the optimal default settings I understood from your post wherein your described what happened?
