    BSOD from Unverified Driver Signature

    Hi everyone!

This is puzzling me a bit. I get the 0xc0000021a BSOD and can't get on to my computer unless I "Disable driver signature enforcement" in Advanced Startup Settings.

I looked through my computer using sigverif.exe to find out what signature hasn't been verified. I find that a rzwizardpkg.exe is not verified but also that it doesn't exist where it is meant to be. I've attached the log and screenshot of the location as well as the debug files.

I'm guessing this is what is causing the issue? If so, does anyone know how to remove this from the sigverif check? My computer runs fine without it and I've also attempted to permanently disable the driver signature enforcement permanently using Test mode and some bcedit commands with no luck. I think that since it is not finding the file in question it crashes out? My computer doesn't also seem to be producing a minidump for this error :/.

I also tried moving the rzwizardpkg file from a location it is stored in the driverstore to this location and the signature was fixed BUT on startup or shutdown the file is deleted to cause the error again.

Another thing I tried was reinstalling the Razer drivers to no avail.

    Anybody have any ideas?

    Many thanks for any help!

Okay, so I managed to get the file to stick in the razer wizard package folder and found that this isn't what is causing the issue. Any other ideas from people? What's the best way to update drivers?

What's the best way to update drivers?
    Manually from the official source!
Official source: most drivers should be installed from your motherboard manufacturer, peripheral drivers from peripheral manufacturers & GPU drivers from GPU manufacturers.
